1. Question: What is included in the Picnic?
Answer: Most of our luxury picnics includes 2 hours of service, set-up and clean up, picnic blankets, rugs and pillows, and other add-ons. We offer a picnic service suitable for 2-16 guest, and each luxury picnic has the option to be customized to your event. Once you fill the form, our team will reach out to you and let you know the different colors schemes and themes you can select from for your picnic
2. How do I select my location?
Answer: Please choose from one of our lovely list of locations, be sure to include your location in your booking form. If there's a specific place you have in mind, please provide the information and address with your submission and additional charges may apply for travel fees. Our team will do their best to make sure that they see to it and give you the best experience ever.
3. Question: Do the representatives stay during the Picnic?
Answer: Once our team is done setting up for your event and made sure you have everything you need, they leave and don't come back until your event is over. Generally, we ensure that the team is not too far from the area, so incase of any emergency, please feel free to contact your assigned representative by phone or text. Our primary focus is to make sure your event goes smoothly.
4. Question: What are the food and drink options?
Answer: We currently offer small to large Charcuterie Boards. If you or any guest have any allergies, kindly let our team planners know ahead, so that your items can be prepared accordingly. Kindly check our Additional Services to see the variety of Snacks and beverages we offer. Our guest are more than welcome to bring their own food and beverages.
5. Question: What is the cancellation Policy?
Answer: Cancellations must be made 7 days of your picnic date in order to receive a refund, please keep in mind your holding deposit is non-refundable. Once your picnic is setup, we cannot cancel or reschedule and your deposit will not be refunded. For more details, kindly check our Weather Policy
6. Question: Is there any lateness Policy?
Answer: Yes there is. Please be mindful that your picnic time starts from the originally scheduled time whether you are on time or not.
